Pâte à Crêpe

Crêpes made easy. Have’em on their own, with maple syrup or lotsa fruity fruit. You can’t go wrong if you add a little whipped cream on top.

2 eggs
½ litre of milk
200 g flour
A drop of oil – optional
A drop of salt

Mix all the ingredients well and leave to sit 20 min (important). Warm up your pancake pan on a high temperature. Add a little butter to grease and spread the batter evenly. Turn when the edges golden.
